Hardwired to 100mb/s but downloading at 13mbs
So im hardwired to high speed internet that i've just checked is running at 91.2 mb/s but im downloading at only 13.4 mb/s max. I was just wondering if this is normal? If not what should i try to fix it?

It all depends on the server you're downloading from. You could have the world's fastest internet and still download at 800Kb/s if the server is slow or throttling your connection.

It is VERY NORMAL for someone from America/Europe to NEVER REALIZE the suffering of others from 3rd world country like mine
