not gonna lie, i play league and it lowkey triggers me when people call league stupid when they just cant admit they either cant be bothered to learn it or are too dumb to, or i guess they dont like competitive games

the ads are meant to be funny, and to some extent they are (as a player i understand the jokes) but they fail to captivate that for a potential player

I play dota 2 and I find league to be cringey
I don't want to start an argument but most people that finds league to be cringey are people that play other mobas, like dota 2, HotS and others

I did play some league games and it was very unsatisfying to me :P
felt like tryna stab a pillow using a dull knife when you damage a unit or something in general
I won alot of games and... yeah the game were pretty easy for me and then I got bored

why not let me chose how i want to support channels , just recently i got a ps4 game add on phone , had to manually put xbox and playstation on my block list , also i get ads for everything not just channels i like and want to support , if i for example just want to listen to music while im in the gym , or for whatever reason , i dont want to be annoyed by ads , same for channels i dont watch actively , i get ads there aswell ( and i really dont want to support reviewtech usa , i mostly go to his and digital foundrys channel for console player comments

meanwhile i dont mind having an ad on the side of the video player , you can spam them there and i wouldnt mind as long as they dont suck my mouse in once you hover over them

i just dont want unpersonalized ads all the time , i dont care about consoles , i dont care about cars

Some of them aren't 30 seconds long, some of them are unskippable. And depending on where your viewer lives, they may even get ads in a language they don't understand.
So no, I'm sorry, anyone forcing you to watch ads isn't asking for support, he's just making money. Even people that randomly come on his channel or hate his stuff, if they don't have adblock, will be forced to "support" the youtuber.
It's not a choice, they're forcing this on their viewers. Your view might not be the same but there is no denying that these ads are forced on people, they're not a choice.

Also this system isn't a good way to ask for support anyway because in some cases, companies may copyright claim the videos and *poof* all that ad money went to the company instead of the guy you "support".
