This is why I wear over ear headphones for my giant ears, haha. Joking aside: See a doctor, you might have perforated your ear drum doing that. (It's not that deep, and no, you don't always feel or notice if that happens).

Joint pain update: it legitimately hurts to walk around now, and I've become a functional ibuprofen addict. I'm thinking perhaps it would be the best course of action to schedule a doctor's appointment tomorrow.
