Why Are you a Vegan or Vegetarian?
I find it silly that vegans say they don't eat meat because they don't want to harm life. However, something must die in order to sustain life. Besides, the earth can not support every living thing and death is the a way to maintain balance and more so since the human population is large and they live longer then they have in the past. If everyone became vegan, there would eventually be no plants left because people would have to eat a lot more to sustain themselves.

Here's a real life example then

I knew a guy in high school who didn't eat red meat

He was 5'9(ish) and 200lbs, he didn't have an ounce of testosterone in him either

And there are plenty healthy, vibrant vegan/vegetarians. Whereas the majority of obese individuals eat meat.

Idk

I went vegan for about a week and I hated it

On like day 6 or so I couldn't make it up a flight of stairs without wheezing, I just felt really weak

also literally every vegan I've seen looks either malnourished or under weight

Vegetarians look fine though
CodeGreen 28/mai./2018 às 20:28
I'm not a vegan but I'm also a vegeterian. I keep things in proportionate with my diet if I need to eat meat or plants. Vegans may have their own set of lifestyle but as I can tell that they may risk with low nutritional values if they set aside of eating meat (even though there could be any alternatives to it). Like it or not, humans are just born being omnivore.

If it's a philosophy of way of saving animals- no. We're just the same for being the top of the food chain.

I don't even know what it'll be the world look like if we're living in a zootropolis. I guess better? :)
Vegan are also killing vegetarian animals by eating theit plants/grass
And plants also have feelings
So vegans
Go back eating meat

We eat enough plants, the rain forest areal Is diminishing and we are polluting the earth with our factories. I think the best solution is too stop the hurting the earth and being to eat animals only.
But there's also an downside to that, since we USE factories to make sure you don't get diseases from raw animulz, and killing animals might screw up the eco-system more since the plants will start to reign supreme over all life.
Yeah, good joke isn’t it?

Sure, okay, but just because you were eating vegan doesn't mean you were eating well. You still have to make sure you're getting enough energy, protein, other nutrients, and not overloading on sugar etc, same as ever. Being unable to climb stairs isn't a normal part of it - it's entirely understandable you'd hate that.
Devious 28/mai./2018 às 20:55
I have no rational argument for not being vegan or vegetarian. Best I can muster is my fast metabolism which requires me to have an energy-rich diet to maintain a healthy weight, but it's not like you can -only- find that in steak and ribs...and bacon...and wings...
Brb, getting hungry all of a sudden. Seriously though, there's no doubt in my mind I'll go vegan eventually, and become an unsufferable moral*** in the process.
