nuggets were grown in a lab in a way that no bones were formed.
boneless wings are wing meat that was torn off, blended and reshaped

nuggets are usually chicken breast where as wings (as stated in the name) are the wings of the bird. the breast has more meat on them with less fat and tendons in them so there is more meat but its up to what you prefer and your preferred eating style which one is better. but bonless wings are just regular wings with everything precisely taken out.

Chicken nuggets are more of a ground up chicken while boneless wings (exclusive to places that sell buffalo wings as a way to show the similar style of cooking/prep) tend to be more of chicken pices that were breaded. Both may contain similar cuts of meat.
