It's legit.

Yes.

They had an issue in the past but they have worked to ensure they stay legit.

Yes it's a legit site, I've used for years.

I used to buy games there, until I got an invalid key (wrong region) and they refused to refund or provide a replacement key. I initially thought it was just a simple mistake since previous purchases had been problem-free, but their customer support was extremely unprofessional and hostile. I had never experienced anything like that before. That was the last time I bought anything there.

Legit but be warned that they will not give out refunds unless you are lucky. I was lucky enough to be an exception one time. I accidentally bought the Killer 7 soundtrack on there thinking it was the actual game. I explained myself to customer service and they reluctantly gave the refund to me this one time.

It's good you were able to get your money back. In my case, I opened a case with PayPal, but had a friend in the key's region who bought it off of me, so I cancelled the complaint. I'm not sure how PayPal would have ruled. After this episode I asked GreenManGaming to close my account and delete my personal data as I wasn't going to do business with them again and was appalled by their way of handling an established customer, which they refused to do in spite of EU regulations.

I dropped it at that point because it just wasn't worth the trouble. Their hostile, unprofessional behavior was really surprising as I had approached them politely in the assumption that this had been nothing more than a mix-up on their part. Throughout the encounter I felt as if I was talking to someone suffering from high blood pressure who had had very poor upbringing.
Just to play Devils advocate here, yes they are legit.
I purchase several games from that site and they worked well, were Steam keys as it stated and were very cheap and I got nothing but good service.
This was months ago and they still offer me regular discount emails from those purchases months ago, even though I have not used them since.

Similar to what happened with me. Two games advertised for Steam, but Uplay keys were delivered. I realised the moment I saw the keys and I opened a ticket immediately asking for a refund. Even though it was Green Man Gaming's mistake and screenshots of the product descriptions were sent (they didn't even bother to correct the webpages afterwards) their staff were incredibly rude and would not process a refund.

It is a problem if they ban everyone who doesn't put up with unlawful behaviour because then can then can profit from exploiting everyone else. :madelf:

it seems to do they job, but you can not delet you account anymore. You have to ask them if they are so kindly to delet you account for you, that should take a month. Pay attention to replies, if not they tend to forget that it was asked, as usual..

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
