Waterfox works the same and has the same add-ons
If you are running Firefox Nightly, Developer or ESR you can disable signature enforcement as a work around until Mozilla fixes this issue. On Linux and OSX in "normal" Firefox signature enforcement can also be disabled.
Go to about:config and then disable xpinstall.signatures.required.
If you are running Developer or Nightly and have "Allow Firefox to install and run studies" enabled the issue should fix itself soon.
For desktop regular versions ( no clue about mobile/tablet types) you can force load any that you just can't live without (like ad/scriptblockers), although I think you have to re-do it every time you close/restart the browser. It's easy/quick to do tho:
I'm surprised they haven't rolled out a fix already.
It seems to be working.
not for me it didn't.

It can take up to 6 hours for the fix to apply.
Not only have my add-ons been disabled, but I'm being yelled at by a complete stranger. What did I do wrong aside from getting out of bed this morning?
