EDIT: That reminds me, I still need to buy FEAR and do a playthrough on it...
Like dead space or resident evil are not scary because they're in third person
sorry LOL one game to not play is soma on ps4 i had that game well own that game played it was very scary i got the shakes :( (NOT KIDDING) i hate horror games unless the horror game is dying light thats my level of horror a funny horror game lol
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2TSCZqcjR0 <<< try this game its more of a comedy then a horror and not very scary its tame but fun
Fear 2 and 3 integrate the two aspects a bit more closely as I remember (it's been a few years since I played any of them).
The only horror game I've ever played and enjoyed was probably SCP Containment Breach, and SCP Secret Laboratory here on Steam. At least in Secret Laboratory you're in a multiplayer game and aren't alone so the actual horror is lessened IMO.
I could never work up the courage to play and finish games like Slender, Resident Evil, or Outlast.
