Any movie that can be possibly replicated in real life are what I consider perfect horror movies. Get Out is a good example, even if there are a few unrealistic features.
The Thing.
I don’t like horror movies but The Thing is brilliant.

Have you ever seen the horror movie Rec.? I can't recommend this one enough, it's amazing. It's rare that I ever watch a movie twice, but it was good enough to warrant it.

Scary zombie apocalypse?

Dumplings (2006).

The first one is Korean. The second is Chinese. I'm sure some of you here have seen one or both of these films.

I can't actually decide if the second one should be classified as 'horror' or just 'horrific'.

I can not stomach dumplings.

The film? Or the food? Or the food after you've watched the film?

If I remember rightly, The lady is the main ingredient? I am sure it is a delicacy over there >.<

+1 for The Thing.

Alien is my favorite franchise but I don't really consider it horror. Some do, and the first movie would be the closest one to that genre. If it counts then absolutely this.

Halloween - Revolutionary not just for horror, but film-making in general.

Night of the Living Dead - Same reasons as above.

Event Horizon - Probably not a 10 but definitely some good scenes.

Terrifier - 10/10 for dumb entertainment and gore, but it's not an amazing film.

The Suspiria remake was fairly disturbing, solid 8.5/10 movie.

Fun Fact: the actor who plays Isaac isn't actually a kid. He was 25 when this movie came out.
Don't believe me look it up. https://youtu.be/gccY6r71fwU

Damn, Its Cartman!

No one else but you mentioned any of those torture porn/gore porn/exploitation films you mentioned in the recently-modified OP you just updated other than you. You’re gross.

Whats the problem? They are just horrific movies.

Lot of those movies are not really horror movies but gore-porn instead, takes certain breed of people to enjoy them.
