Seems that everyone does it wrong, you grab a hand full of cereal, shove it in your face then drink some milk and do it over and over again.

Cereal first keeps the milk from splashing. It's also easier to fill the bowl because if the cereal floats you'll only be able to fit what can float on top if you put the milk first.

I actually don't eat it usually but that's how I would if I did.

- Grab the cereal box, dump all of its cereal in the trash, place the empty box onto the bowl.

- Grab the milk carton, dump all of the milk in the trash, place the empty carton inside of the empty cereal box.

- Pickup a spork and enjoy your meal.

Back in the nineties they had these little cereal boxes where you just split the front open, like open heart surgery. Then the answer to the question is obvious, the box is already filled with cereal, you just add the milk. The bag liner keeps the box from getting soggy.

That's not even a 90s thing. You buy a pack of 10 boxed little cereals usually of a variety. doesn't require box surgery however you're the box is designed to hold milky just open the top for milk in. They still make those. They also make plastic bowls full of cereal you just peel the lid off and pour milk in.

Didn't I say that yesterday? I'm pretty sure I talked about those yesterday
