I mostly only watched the older OVA from the 90's built around stardust crusaders ... the characters design is quite interesting and the story do feel engaging.

There's more than 6 parts, just part 6 being my favorite. Part 5 was more fun that 6, but the relationship between Jotaro and Jolyne made it all the better.

Yeah, and it's definitely a lot more fun than part 7 (despite all the praise it gets, I don't care for part 7). Part 8 is a little off track, though.
