Never had Photoshop on my computer before and I don't touch steroids, I train six days a week.

I am referring to people that have Botox, surgery or even go on steroids and change physique with Photoshop for Instagram likes.

I should start a trend of "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥". Not to be like "Oh do ho hoo stupid me, leave a like and comment if you wanna see me ♥♥♥♥ up again";: but more "Look, I'm human, just like you. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up today. You likely did too at some point. That's fine. Stop being so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ jittery about it".

Eh. As long as they're happy. Plus, I'm sure some of those people make quite a bit of money for being models. If I had those Photoshop skills, I'd totally try, because I would love to have even a fraction of what they make (for doing practically nothing but model).

Indeed, printed media always did that. It's just that with social media your average Jane or Joe can be the same as the models in the printed media of yore.

Humans seeking perfectionism will only have a harder drop off when they reach their midlife crisis, I feel sorry for them really. When all these people reach their 60s & 70s, how many of them will regret spending so much of their life pretending to be something that they are not?

I do not truly believe that people living a fake persona on social media are having fun. They are trying to cover up the reality of their life. It's sad. Makeup is only a byproduct of this mindset that social media addicts have

I know someone who does this "public persona" thing. Very successfully. Charming, charismatic, life of the party.

But I have caught a glimpse of when he thought nobody's looking, He was not feeling well, to say the least.
