Will Bloodborne ever come out in Steam?
I’ll admit that I’m a massive fan of SoulsBorne since its release on PS3. The Dark Souls games have been released on PC for a while already, I’m wondering how Bloodborne isn’t already released for PC.

Any reason behind it and will there ever be a PC release?

Sony owns it. Sony don't like to share with Valve. Will there be a PC release? Not likely.

Basically Valve needs permission from Sony to have Bloodborne in Steam? That’s disappointing.

It's already out for some time now. So by now it should be obvious you will never get a PC release.

It's ps4 exclusive. So it won't get on steam ever.

Still my fav game. It's the best soulslike game IMO.

No, the problem is, Sony makes more money by having Bloodborne as a ps4 exclusive. They would make less money selling the game here because Valve takes a cut of the sales profit from game devs big and small.

Not necessarily, there were quite a few games that took years to be ported to other consoles.

Looks like I’m keeping my PS4 for the exclusives, especially Bloodborne since I replay it quite often.

That does make sense then. Thanks.

The big ones not tho. The really exclusive ones like Uncharted, Bloodborne, Killzone, so forth. You will very, very, very unlikely ever see anywhere else.

But yeah that's why I will keep mine too. Chalice Dungeons are just great.

It's honestly not that good of a game. They didn't even update the clunky controls of the souls games literally just a new skin on an already existing game

I just played it for the first time at a friends house, we ended up beating it in a night and it was better than a souls game in terms of dialogues, cutscenes, and bosses. The DLC was something else too, When we encountered Ludwig for the first time I thought there was no way they made such a badass boss, then it hit phase two and my god that was a great cutscene, 10/10 wish this would finally be ported so everybody else can enjoy it,
Probably eventually, yes.

Hope so, they're missing out otherwise. Be friendly, and be met with friendly.

As long as they make money on Steam, the better the odds of getting a release. The PS account will almost be a certainty, but it is no more intrusive than other studios that require similar accounts.

I'll ask Sony rep during lunch break today.
