Just the debit card to pay off the credit card before intrest charges are added, then you don't have to worry about the intrest.
Most likely, he uses Steam Wallet Cards.
Edit: For Steam, I use Paysafecards. Would prefer banking transmission, but that isn't an option.
Money works for me, not the other way around. Why be a slave for money, if you can even enjoy it.
The problem with Steam Wallet cards is that they're only available in large retail chains. PaySafeCards are available in every kiosk or mon n' pop news stand.
We don't have paysafe cards here. Either pre-paid credit cards or gift cards to specific stores.
Steam Wallet Cards are very common. I can even get one at the Seven Eleven down the street.
As the OP said he is in Korea, he may not have easy access to either or any of those methods.
The closest place that provides PaySafeCards here is less than 100 meters away. I can even get them from ATMs.
Plus, PaySafeCards aren't single-use only. I could use a card to purchase things from uPlay, Origin and Steam with 1 PIN. You can even stack codes if you have change in a card.
Paysafe cards probebly came out long before Steam wallet card. People tend to stick with what is familar.
Seems a major bank is the ones who issue them too, so there may be more reasons why they are available so easily.
Neither are pre-paid credit cards. Some gift cards can be recharged as well.
If the balance of a gift card is under some amount (can't remember exactly) then you can get the remainder back in cash.
