DS3 Tool Problems. What do you use to connect your PS3 controller?

So, i've always used DS3 Tool to connect my PS3 controller to my computer.
Since today this program gives not only me, but a friend of mine aswell the same error.
It says:
"CloudFront attempted to establish a connection with the origin, but either the attempt failed or the origin closed the connection."

Normaly we would just hook up our controllers en play some dark souls 2 and it would work just fine.
Does anyone on the forums with DS3 tool experience the same problem?

Another question for anyone who plays pc games with a ps3 controller.
What program do you use to connect your controller?

DS3 Tool as in Motioninjoy? That's malware. Uninstall that (look up how to do it because uninstalling it like normal doesn't work right) and use this instead.

Yeah, worked fine for me other than getting sent to that sh website over and over, barely being usable as I needed to be connected to the internet (analog sticks didn't work offline), making my computer blue screen, and screwing up the driver I posted above until I removed it properly.

Worked like a charm otherwise.

I use an outdated version of DS3 tool and it works fine.

I got the newer version on my laptop and it didnt work very good compared to the old version my pc uses.

Go to DS3 tool folder, > Drivers, change your PC year to 2014, > right click in "mixjinput" or something like that, then "install", back to 2017, enjoy. If you try to install in 2017 it wont let you, i dont know the reason tbh.
