Hipster Cat
Don't have a favourite; i'm allergic to alcohol. But if I wasn't, I would go with Sex Panther.
In case you've never heard of it:

Wait... I thought hipsters drank craft or Sam Adams.
I take it back, Hipsters drink Pabst Blue Ribbon...
Move along Studio Cat...
Also, I kind of like a Corona on a hot day.
I used to drink Apple Cider drinks constantly like Angry Orchard and Woodchuck and yet I grew tired of them eventually. I also loved Coney Island, Best Damn Rootbeer and Best Damn Cherry Soda beers, but I got tired of them also.
Coney Island and the Best Damn beers give a really good buzz and yet they are on the expensive side. Buzz wise, price wise and satisfaction wise, I really cannot go wrong with Bud Lite Lime. The aluminum bottles here in North Carolina are $1.20 each or two for $2.50. The tall boy tall cans are two for $5.00.
I used to enjoy drinking liquor until I started to become angry, depressed and sad once I had one too many coffee cups full of liquor. I've never liked lager beers like Samuel Adams and the others like it. No one in my family has ever liked lagers come to think of it.
I like Bud Light Lime, I hate the Bud Series with the exception of Bud Light Platnium (good buzz)
Shock Top is good, my favorite is the Lemon kind...
I used to drink Mike's but, ever since I discovered Best Damn, that's my only go to flavored beer, due to the fact that you can't taste the alcohol and they give you a good buzz...
But, my go to beer is Corona (being Mexican/American)
IPA wise, I love Lagunitas and there's a local brewery that has this thick, smooth IPA called Marshmallow IPA.
I'm with you on Sam Adams, they're too heavy for me.
