If it's good enough for a dog to eat, it's good enough for me. With more protein, and less fat than lean beef. Said to be tasting a mix between beef and venison. I'm not actually sure why we don't eat it more?
Dog food is commonly made out of horse meat.
according to that commercial it gets you free peanut butter.
Because i'm not chinese
I've actually had horse burgers and horse steak...
OMG sooooo good!
It's so much leaner than just about any beef out there.
Because the meat is so lean, even ground up, it sticks together like steak, so it makes a single patty burger super heavy and rich without any of the usual fat that "fluffs up" a typical beef burger.
I've been to a few places down south and in Mexico that serve it. I heard in Canada you can buy horse meat at just about any local butcher.
