As somebody who suffers from anxiety, I learned to just chill the ♥♥♥♥ out.

If I read or hear something I find offensive, does it bother me? Sure, if it was directed at me. But I don't let it ruin my entire day, and I sure as ♥♥♥♥ don't go all torches and pitchforks over it. Sometimes I go a bit stupid, but I reflect on those instances and try to make sure I don't do anything like that again: It's called accepting responsibility for the fact that you were being a little ♥♥♥♥, something that nobody else ever seems to want to do.
