Doomguy vs Master Chief
Rules are as follows

1. Master chief has access to all his convential weapons except for the op stuff like Rocket Launchers and Energy Swords

2. Doomguy has access to all his weapons except for the B.F.G 9000

3. Battle takes place in Hell, no demons

4. No prep

5. No shields for chief (armour is op enough)

6. Both are at full strength and speed

A.I are permitted but won't serve much purpose

I would like to remind you that spartans can also die to flood
Spartans have rechargeable shields. In this alternate scenario not constrained by the OP, it is assumed that each protagonist goes to the alternate universes solely as themselves.

So Doom Guy has access to Halo weapons and powerups, and master chef has access to DOOM weapons and powerups.
Cool, and shields go down
:^)

And shields go up. But Doom Guy health doesn't go up without glory kills. And the flood insta-kill at melee range. And the flood have guns. Doom Guy must play a perfect game to have a chance of survival.

Master Chef can instakill enemies by hitting them in the back. Barons of Hell and bosses are easy to kill to him. Master Chef will have no trouble.

To make it more interesting: a fistfight. And neither of them have their suits and armor
chief wins

That's only if you're going by Doom 4 mechanics. In old Doom games health packs are abundant.
But if we're talking Doom 4, Chief's shields would go down due to constant swarms of enemies much faster than anything he's used to, and with no health packs to pick up and no glory kills to have, enemies would destroy him.

Im guessing youve never played halo 1 in legendary dificulty.
Chief can handle swarms like a champ

Point still stands, unless you're trying to tell me he can stand against all the demons of hell as opposed to armies of uncoordinated grunts (who typically run away when without their Elites) without ever having his shields go down, Chief will die.

There aren't nearly as many enemies in DOOM at one time as compared to Halo. And their AI is pretty simple. Chef could easily outwit them.

Kinda hard to do that when he's got his suit on.

Surely giant demons with ungodly strength and power cannot rip him limb from limb, right?

But even he is no match for the needler
The needler burrows needles into the suit and explode on the inside. Thats an understandable exception.
I mean if tiny needles can get into the suit, SURELY ENORMOUS DEMONS CAN'T.

Maybe the only reason needles can penetrate the suit is because of the air pores in it xD. But if all else fails... HE CAN JUST FLIP THE DEMON!!!

OHOHO NO WAY man, I've seen the dismemberment, it's a concept!

Although, there's no real way to tell which armor is tougher, so I guess maybe Chief could survive the attempt to rip and tear. I'll admit Chief's seems bulkier due to that asspull in Halo 3 where they dropped him out of space in armor lock and he survived, but he suffers from slower movement speed than Doomguy (even though his speedwalk is faster than the sprinting marines lol).
