I need help with getting a dot in the middel of my screen!

So if anyone could help me getting a dot in the complete center of my screen (One that i can turn on/off)
Please tell me.

Use rubber bands or a ruler to find the centre, then mark it with a sharpie.

What for? If you really want to do that, just use MSPaint and draw a dot on your screen.
