Rebel Flagship is not that hard. You literally spend the whole game preparing for it.
Its very damn hard, never got past the first version.

The final boss of the original Infamous is much harder. You actually have to do some dodging there, it's not just only shoot to kill like the later games.

My answer goes to the final boss Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. People can talk about that epicness in Bowser's Inside Story all they want, but Partners in Time really threw me into a hissy fit with my patience.

Also because the final boss of Infamous is....

SPOILERS

Your future self !! Dun, dun, dun.
I can't recommend the Infamous games on PS3 enough, they are fun and worth your time if you ask me.

With Advanced Edition and Captain's Edition, that's no picnic. Not to mention the fact that you spend 95% of an already difficult game with permadeath preparing for the final 5%.

You should get a level 2 cloaking system even if that means only 3 shield bubbles. It's especially important in the second and third phases.

****ing Typhoon from Metal Gear Solid Revengenace. I thought I was going insane fighting that dude. "It's like he knows what I'm going to do before I do it!" I thought, being eerily reminded of Psycho Mantis. And I actually tried plugging the controller into the port.

Turns out, he's not actually that hard to beat, my littlest brother kicked his a$$. But then he's also a little cheat who looks up things on Gamefaqs.

I'd say the final bosses of most bullet hell games.

Hahahaa... you know if you actually went to the end and didn't have the proper equipment this could actually be the hardest boss ever.

Jk he's a defenseless slug
His only meaning as a final boss is to embody the foolishness of nihilistic endevours
Either way, isn't this technically a prequel to Dark Souls?

I'd say the hardest boss ever for me was Hush from the Binding of Issac:Rebirth. I had 2 full health bars of health, triple shot, and an invincibility of some kind that would occasionally block an attack, and I barely beat the boss. I know it was my first try...but just because I beat it on my first try doesn't mean it wasn't hard. People who beat him with the lost have my respect, and then some.

Either way it was a joke
From games I play:
1. Hans from Killing Floor 2, really kills the fun of the game.
2. The Nightcrawler Commander from FEAR: Perseus Mandate, my god he's a pain.
