You should get a level 2 cloaking system even if that means only 3 shield bubbles. It's especially important in the second and third phases.
Turns out, he's not actually that hard to beat, my littlest brother kicked his a$$. But then he's also a little cheat who looks up things on Gamefaqs.

I'd say the hardest boss ever for me was Hush from the Binding of Issac:Rebirth. I had 2 full health bars of health, triple shot, and an invincibility of some kind that would occasionally block an attack, and I barely beat the boss. I know it was my first try...but just because I beat it on my first try doesn't mean it wasn't hard. People who beat him with the lost have my respect, and then some.
1. Hans from Killing Floor 2, really kills the fun of the game.
2. The Nightcrawler Commander from FEAR: Perseus Mandate, my god he's a pain.
