Please tell me what this is
I accidently hit fn plus q and when i hold down any key it just goes super fast please tell me what this is and is this somehow for some weird reason banable? or is it just a thing keyboards do?

Maybe Filter Keys. I don't know, I don't have an FN key, just F1-F12.
Are you on Windows?

(actually, I have an FN key but it doesnt' do anything but enable/disable the other function keys)

Yes i am on windows next to my alt key and below my qeustion mark key theres a fn key
