So atheist is a religion then?
Yes. I know friends that can grow hair still and they get it all shaved off so I'd say it is.

Depends on if it's shaved off or naturally bald. If it's only shaved then there is still hair technically, it's just under the skin surface.

It is a possability if you consider that most people that still have a full head of hair shave it all off for various reason. Some shave it off when it's hot out so the hair doesn't absorbe the heat, and make them sweat as badly. Some cooks will shave it all off to prevent loose hair from getting into food, because they can't stand using a hairnet. People in the military, or law enforcement will shave it off to prevent an attacker from having something to grab onto in physical combat. As for the ones with thinning hair, or are going naturally bald they tend to keep it shaved, because it looks better, and prevents the need to clean up sheaded hair.
Perhaps.

When I was younger I had a teacher that said his bald head made him more "aerodynamic", so i guess it's a style :p

Ah yes, thank you for reminding me of something else that I didn't list in my previous post.

Some athletes will shave off all the hair to not only eleminate any possible vision impairment, but to also be more aerodynamic allowing for less air resistance. Swimmers will also shave off all body hair to help reduce friction in water to allow for smoother motion in water.

Those seem more utilitarian in nature. But I'm sure there are people that shave their head for the look, so it could be a style overall, but perhaps not a hairstyle.

I clip it down to a zero so as not to deal with it. I don't really care how it looks, just so long as it's a minimal part of my life.
Maybe that's a style too - a lifestyle.
