Is 60~70c hot for a laptop?

I was not sure if this was a damaging temperature or not. When I run any Valve game, or Just Cause 2 my laptop runs anywhere between 60-70c.

amd or intel?
amds top around 62-72c
intels are good to neraly 100c

that cpu can go to 100c

No that's actually cool for a laptop. Mine gets to 90C. I'm repasting tomorrow. Temps in the 80's are normal for laptops.
