Razer Sabertooth Elite on PC issues

So, I was attending a Convention in Sweden and won a AC Black Flag speed run competition, won a goodie bag with stuff and among them being a Razer Sabertooth Elite gamepad.

It looked to work normally on the 360 when i tried it, but when i try on PC it wont work and the PC say it don’t have drivers for it. looked around and installed a program from MS that would make 360 controllers work for it but that did not work, and razer don’t seem to have drivers just manuals for the Razer Sabertooth Elite.

I am not experienced with gamepads on PC, so i turn to steam to ask as i apparently can't find it anywhere else, anyone got a tip for me to get this work?

Manual that comes with it do not mention PC at all, and say Xbox 360 on the front, so don't think it supports plug and play on PC tbh, why I ask for help here, sent a message to razer but who knows when and if u get a proper useful advice from that direction…
