PS2 controller problems with right analog stick

Hello guys, hope you can help me.
I have some issues with my ps2 controller when i try to play games like RE4 and RE5 in PC.
When im aiming, the right analog stick doesnt respond to the left side, and sometimes it just moves to the right even when im not touching the stick.
For example: im aiming with leon but when i try to aim to the left it doesnt do that, its just aiming in one direction, but if i take my finger off the stick, its always aiming to the right without stop moving.
The same happens with RE5 and i dunno why, ive played racing games with it, as i use the right analog to acelerate and brake with this ps2 controller but this issue happens when i try to aim in shooters
Also, when i played games with this controller in my ps2 (like re4 and san andreas) it just work fine...
My laptop is windows 8.1, and the drivers were included in a cd with my usb adapter ps2

I recommend you maybe post what Software and drivers you are using for it

yes i can help you :)
uninstall your adaptater driver. restart your windows.
windows will install the new driver, is normal accept.
dowload this http://lcsteam.net/dump/gta4/xbox360.emulation.ps2.zip, check it with the website Totalvirus, i don't does it because i downloaded it on other website and i don't remeber where, there is few years and never change it.
open the readme > read it, apply & enjoy. if you encounter other problem with your rigth analog tell me this here, some game not working properly such gear of war pc(the first).

x360 ce can convert the dxinput to 360 controller
will need to map the controller settings, and copy the files to the games folder to work
