ok now it says please uninstall the previous bluetooth instltion even though there in none i checked device
It should be Fn + F2
That key has multiple modes. You can enable/disable WiFi + BT + WAN all through that hotkey.
And I wouldn't get the drivers from Dell. As the device is Intel, so I would go to Intel.com and get those drivers, as they update them much more often. You just need to know the model# of the WiFi card/device. As that includes the BT capability along side your LAN/Internet Wireless device.
That too. Course by default it should be already unless it was changed.
And there should be a setting to cooinside with what u can control from the Fn + F2 hotkey. Make sure it is at least set to WiFi + BT.
In Windows, when u use the WiFI + BT hotkey, you should see an enable/disable toggle showing up in graphical OSD form, as that works through the Alienware OSD app/service that runs in the background.
