or sync software for the reciever?
-Plugging the USB thinger that connects it to my computer in to different ports.
-Turning the mouse on/off.
-Replacing the batteries.
-Cleaning the USB port.
-Restarting the computer.
As far as i know, i can't sync my mouse. Already tried bluetoothing it. Didn't work.
Model: AMW5OUS
Thats the only thing that says model.
Turn on the mouse to ensure its light works.
Plug in the wireless receiver to a USB port.
Press the connect button on the receiver side. When u do this the LED on receiver should go from a solid-state to a flashing-state.
Then u quickly press the connect button on the mouse (usually located on the bottom).
Once connected the receiver LED should return to a solid-state. However if u fail to have a connection, try the connect process again. As the receiver will only go into a "wait for signal" flashing state for a very short time period.
If u still fail to get a connection, go in the Device Manager of the OS (I'm not very familiar with Mac for this part) and manually remove/uninstall the device. Then physically remove the device and turn it off. Restart the system and re-try the entire process.
The light is a solid blue state, even when disconnecting it, reconnecting it, etc.
Should auto-connect whenever the receiver is plugged in and mouse is turned on.
Well all I say is try on another system, if still does not work, either the receiver or the mouse is most likely defective. Targus Support can most likely replace it under warranty.
