I've tried every option listed.
-Plugging the USB thinger that connects it to my computer in to different ports.
-Turning the mouse on/off.
-Replacing the batteries.
-Cleaning the USB port.
-Restarting the computer.
As far as i know, i can't sync my mouse. Already tried bluetoothing it. Didn't work.

What is the model of the mouse?

Umm, I'm not particulary sure how to tell you. I see a list of numbers?
Model: AMW5OUS
Thats the only thing that says model.

Ensure the batteries work, either check with volt meter, or use new ones. Do not mix different battery brands or mix old/new ones.

Turn on the mouse to ensure its light works.

Plug in the wireless receiver to a USB port.

Press the connect button on the receiver side. When u do this the LED on receiver should go from a solid-state to a flashing-state.

Then u quickly press the connect button on the mouse (usually located on the bottom).

Once connected the receiver LED should return to a solid-state. However if u fail to have a connection, try the connect process again. As the receiver will only go into a "wait for signal" flashing state for a very short time period.

If u still fail to get a connection, go in the Device Manager of the OS (I'm not very familiar with Mac for this part) and manually remove/uninstall the device. Then physically remove the device and turn it off. Restart the system and re-try the entire process.

I have tried most of those options you have stated already. I am not mixing batteries. I don't have a "connect button", just the on/off button.
The light is a solid blue state, even when disconnecting it, reconnecting it, etc.

Ok yes I see your model uses the plug and play micro usb receiver.
Should auto-connect whenever the receiver is plugged in and mouse is turned on.

Well all I say is try on another system, if still does not work, either the receiver or the mouse is most likely defective. Targus Support can most likely replace it under warranty.

Wish i still had the warranty. I don't know how long ago i got the mouse. I'll see if any of my friends have computers, and if i can get it to connect. If not i'll try spending a little more money on computer mice in the future.

For ones similar to what u have, I would suggest Logitech

Wireless M310
Wireless M510
Wireless M525
