I had similar issue, with similar hardware. In my case it was RAM freq and timings not set properly.
Start with memtest86. It slow but easy to run and for free. Run full test twice. You should not have any single error.
Then test PSU. While monitoring CPU and GPU temps, open slowhotcomputer.com in 6 (or more) tabs in Chrome.
If that is allso fine do some graphics benchmarks.
If you test, you will find out what is causing problems.
Good luck!
i bring all my parts to the distributors, and only 3 items they want to RMA,
PSU and GPU all healthy they say
i just want to know what other problems i might have
ok the RAM iam still studying it, but i kinda feel this might be it , last night i triied using 3000mhz, still crash, now iam using just stock speed which 2666mhz , what weird about the crash it always just once, and work perfectly till a day or till itsnt
speaking about RAM, so my motherboard is 3200mhz easily right,
so should i use DOCP, or just set frequency to BIOS to 3200MHZ
ill try the memtest soon
or drivers
reset bios to defaults
get drivers and update bios from here
https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b550-f-gaming-model/helpdesk_download/
chipset, audio, lan
For driver and bios already the latest 3607
Next time i will try that,
So btw do i still need to use XMP eventho i can reach 3200 by set up frequency target in AI tuner in asus motherboard?
Iam still out of town, but i will try all your suggestions
Because what you are doing is only changing the frequency, while XPM changes frequency, all RAM timings and voltage.
XMP is set by the RAM manufacturer.
Unfortunately, blindly trusting XMP does not work. I also find it strange.
if you are mixing dimms/kits then you need to find speed/timings/voltage compatible with all dimms
