another day another Black screen crash with sound buzzing
My Spec : r5 5600x
b550f strix
6800xt strix
32 giga 2x16 3200mhz
2SSD
GX-850 seasonic

been fighting this GPU crash driver, tried RMA , so CPU, MB, RAM are technically brand new again
they did not found faulty on my GPU and PSU

situation : everytime i played fast gaming, i dont know what the term, i mean like wuthering wave, it will crash, and uniquely it will crash most the case when i was idle / browsing internet while gaming

tried all mambo jambo : reinstall windows, DDU, reseating, change PciE cable, still wanted to undervolt but gesus i bought strong GPU iam gonna use it full price

so anybody have new idea what happens?

I don't think anybody can tell you what's wrong with your computer. You need to start testing.
I had similar issue, with similar hardware. In my case it was RAM freq and timings not set properly.
Start with memtest86. It slow but easy to run and for free. Run full test twice. You should not have any single error.
Then test PSU. While monitoring CPU and GPU temps, open slowhotcomputer.com in 6 (or more) tabs in Chrome.
If that is allso fine do some graphics benchmarks.
If you test, you will find out what is causing problems.
Good luck!
I don't know which youtube channel this "undervolt nonsense" is coming from, but if it does anything, then it adds instability to your system. I guess that is not you want.

i bring all my parts to the distributors, and only 3 items they want to RMA,
PSU and GPU all healthy they say
i just want to know what other problems i might have
ok the RAM iam still studying it, but i kinda feel this might be it , last night i triied using 3000mhz, still crash, now iam using just stock speed which 2666mhz , what weird about the crash it always just once, and work perfectly till a day or till itsnt

speaking about RAM, so my motherboard is 3200mhz easily right,
so should i use DOCP, or just set frequency to BIOS to 3200MHZ
RAM is confusing part. It depends on the motherboard and the processor. In my case, the MB specs say it can handle 3200MHz, but with some processor models only, and not if 4 pieces are installed (I have 4 sticks). I had to use XMP voltage value and lower freq, because I have 4 sticks. Before you change anything, run memetest, that's my advice.
thx man i appreciate it, most of the times, people just oh, change your PSU, ooh change your Motherboard, ooh change your GPU to nvidia,
ill try the memtest soon
thats most likely unstable oc, or ram not running at xmp
or drivers

reset bios to defaults

get drivers and update bios from here
https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b550-f-gaming-model/helpdesk_download/
chipset, audio, lan

For driver and bios already the latest 3607
Next time i will try that,
So btw do i still need to use XMP eventho i can reach 3200 by set up frequency target in AI tuner in asus motherboard?
Iam still out of town, but i will try all your suggestions

Use DOCP/XMP
Because what you are doing is only changing the frequency, while XPM changes frequency, all RAM timings and voltage.
XMP is set by the RAM manufacturer.

Now i can testing without doubt and fear, i never go to this dark alley of PC gaming
The problem is, XMP is really set for one RAM stick. If you put more in MB you need to check specs what it should be.
Unfortunately, blindly trusting XMP does not work. I also find it strange.
xmp sets the profile for all dimms

if you are mixing dimms/kits then you need to find speed/timings/voltage compatible with all dimms
Anything persistent like that and I just set everything back to default (os settings, driver setting bios, etc) and if it’s still doing it try running the system barebones… but not the absolute minimum hardware installed.
