Which slot? What were the circumstances? Not a lot of details in your post to make an educated guess on. As is the best explanation is, "We don't live in a perfect universe, sometimes hardware is defective, and someone is going to win that lottery. Congratulations."

If it's under warranty you can see about an RMA.

A wild guess. Something was dropped into it and caused a short. Like maybe a case screw.

My A2 slot is burned only.

Was a RAM stick in it when it happened?

Is there a burn mark on the slot? Any burn marks on the ram stick too?

I bought 1 kit of RAM on eBay and I tried them and my A2 and B2 slots have burned. When I try another RAM in my A2 slot my computer starts but not my hotas, keyboard, screen... The kit that I bought in ebay was 2 x 16 Go DDR4 crucial 3200 MHz. I noticed that the kit was compatible.

Sounds like you got defective ram and now your motherboard is ruined.
:(
One of my worst fears...

If it is not too late. Buy from a real retailer where you can do returns. Amazon. Newegg, Best Buy, etc.

Buying RAM from ebay is dangerous.
