That might be a main issue. Did you download/install the video card drivers manually from the website?
Yes. I think the dedicated graphics card is only not recognized by the program because the integrated graphics chip is used in desktop mode and the dedicated graphics card is used in games.
I'm not too familiar with APU's or integrated graphics. Can you try to disable it? Windows 10 might be confused by it. I am assuming it would put a bit more load onto your actual GPU, but I don't know any other way to fix that.

I don't think I can simply disable the integrated graphics chip. That is a normal procedure for laptops, that the integrated graphics chip is used in desktop mode and the dedicated graphics card is used for applications with higher requirements, such as games. As far as I know, this is a power-saving technique so that laptops with dedicated graphics cards do not have such high power consumption. NVIDIA's control panel takes care of this automatically. I can also use it to set for individual applications whether to use the integrated graphics chip or the dedicated graphics card.
I don't think reinstalling the graphics card driver will help. I just installed the driver yesterday. Before that, I was using an older version of the video card driver, which wasn't any better for games.
How does it work? However, I don't think the CPU is causing problems, if the purpose of this is to find out. The problems occurred the very day I switched from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.
Fair enough. Only thing i can say is that the userbenchmark results says there is a high background usage. Were you doing anything else when you ran the program? because if you left it alone so that it could take advantage of your hardware, something else was also utilizing your hardware interfering which could be the same thing interfering with your gaming.
Did you do an upgrade or a fresh install? if a fresh install where did you get your iso? from Microsoft site?
I only had my browser open. I could run it again while I have everything closed.
Fresh install via a USB stick that I created with the Media Creation Tool. I have also deleted all partitions.
I'd try it and see if that makes a difference in the results.
idk if 8 is closer to the sleek optimized win 7 or not
Now, curiously, the background usage was apparently even higher. But actually I don't have a high CPU usage. According to Task Manager, under 10 percent. I also don't think anything in the background is causing the problems.
