you can see max tdp utilization when gaming using gpu-z or maybe afterburner has it also if its over 100% utilization increasing it may help... it will be difficult to get a ftw card too much further than it is as they are high clocked cards
they have it at up to 1518mhz max turbo here with +11 so 111 power target % tdp you may need to increase vcore ever so slightly depending on the binning and how good your card can oc stable but thats your call
yeah thats fine at the end of the day the power target just allows more wattage than max tdp for oc its not vcore increase the card they are running on the review reached 1500 max boost no vcore increase.. the max tdp is actually set below 90w (90000mw) in the bios my gtx 750 55w card in my spare computer was set at 38500mw (35w) stock same with my 970 not 145w
I would just put Power % to 106 and leave it.
OC'ing the best you gonna see is maybe a few FPS more at best; something 10 FPS or less.
Especially on such a lower end GPU. If you need mower performance, buy a better single GPU.
