Sorry that I couldn't get your card to work. I'm certain there is a way to do it, but I just don't have enough experiance with your board to help you.
Also, did you try resetting it? I found pictures of your MOBO online and while they don't look detailed enough for me to see if there's a switch to reset the BIOS, but there seems to be a CR2032 battery next to one of your expantion slots. Try removing that for a few minutes and then put it back and turn on your machine. If I'm right, it should erase all data from your board (but not your SSD'd/HDD's, so your data should be fine). Your motherboard will go back to the way it was when you bought it, and should change the settings to what they were before they were changed.

^ Please notice the revision # and that u click the correct page that is correct for your exact Motherboard; the revision is printed on your board; as you can see that shown in reference, here: http://www.gigabyte.com/fileupload/product/2/4305/6448_big.jpg (in the upper-left corner). Looking at a motherboard standing up-right in a case, look in the lower-left corner for the board revision; this info should also be listed within your BIOS as well.
