AOC Q3277PQU vs Samsung LS32F351?
I'm trying to choose between these two monitors for my planned new desktop:

AOC 1440p 32" monitor (£329): https://www.scan.co.uk/products/32-aoc-pro-line-q3277pqu-monitor-amva-panel-2560x1440-4ms-300cd-m-speakers-dp-hdmi-with-mhl-dvi-d-su

Samsung 1080p 32" monitor (£249): http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/computing/pc-monitors/pc-monitors/samsung-ls32f351fuuxen-full-hd-32-led-monitor-10146144-pdt.html

Is it worth spending the £80 extra for the AOC or should I save some money with the Samsung? I'll be wall mounting the monitor and viewing it from about 1.5-2m distance.

It depends on if you can run games at 1440p.

It'll be a GTX 1080 build so I would hope so :)

Go for the 1440p aoc as going for 1080p these days with more modern gpu's is a waste and going for 1080p on such a big monitor, 24 inch is optimal for that resolution, would cause issues.

Personally I prefer a 27 inch for 1440p so make sure it still looks fine if you can look at it at a store somewhere first.

If you want to mount it on the wall then prob more sense to just buy 4K TV.

Or this and forget the wall:
