How do I get more Dedicated Video RAM

I am trying to play CS:GO but my computer crashes every time I try to join a game. so I searched the specs needed for CS:GO and you need 256mb of Dedicated Video Ram but I have 64mb of it. I have 10GB of memory and only need 2GB is there anyway to convert some of my excess memory to Video RAM?

Is that computer over 10 years old? What graphics card do you have? The only way you could typically upgrade dedicated VRAM would be a different graphics card (you very likely cannot do that if it is a laptop).

If you have integrated video, your BIOS or UEFI setup may have some way to adjust shared video RAM.

it's ultrabook laptop with intel hd or amd apu, it's not for gaming completely

for more vram you need to upgrade the gpu

with a 64mb gpu, you may be using the onboard
it can allocate upto 512-2g depending on the cpu/board

Can't really help you with a laptop but we can optimize it so you get high FPS also for more intense scripting like fps boosters look up lowspecgammer on YouTube so I run my game at the lowest possible resolution and lowest possible settings that is basic rule of thumb from me

If you have only Intel HD GPU; then that means no Gaming for you. Get a dedicated GPU. Or if a Laptop, buy a Laptop with an NVIDIA dedicated GPU in it.

Or start planning on getting a full on gaming PC I can build it if you give me a budget and what games you will play 600$ - 1200$ (without monitor keyboard mouse or operating system) is a decent starting budget
