Windows 10 , freezing and non responsive. Probably atkex_cmd.exe @fault

Hello !! My pc freezes/hangs (image freezes,no alt-tab,alt-f4,ctrl-alt-del etc etc) with only solution being hard restarting it (4-5 seconds holding power button)
Everysingle time , i go afterwards in Event Viewer and i meet this

This freezes occure past 8+ months !
I took it to service and they changed my power supply (possible bricked from many hard restarts) and Graphic Card (from Amd r9 280 to NVidia GTX 980 SC ii) and they didnt spot anything else at fault but it still froze day 1 !!

Regarding atkex_cmd.exe i figured out afterwards that they re REALTEK AUDIO DRIVERS
which i updated through motherboard's (ASUS) website after being advised from a win10 forum (since i updated them before as well but through Realtek Website) But i still get freezes.

Any help apreciated ^^

Run DDU to wipe out GPU Drivers and clean install them from Geforce.com/Drivers
When you run DDU, select each (Intel, AMD, NVIDIA) and click "Clean but don't restart" then on the last one available to select, click "Clean and Restart"

If you have no intent to use GPU Audio (HDMI or DP) then don't install that, simply disable that audio device.

Get the latest Official Realtek HD Audio Drivers from their site. Then after a restart, get rid of the Realtek app from OS startup.

I m downloading latest Gforce drivers and then i ll hit safe mode to run DDU.
Couple of questions if i may !!

I dont quite understand this part. ._.

Also i was adviced from a win10 support site to download the realtek audio drivers from my motherboards manufacture site (i have an Asus h170 Pro gaming)
The one you re saying is the High Definition Codes on this page?

I ve updated from here before and it froze (but without having run DDU First so i ll give it a shot now)

Run DDU from regular/normal mode; then it will prompt to boot into safe mode, which it can then do itself upon you saying so.

had same problem image would freez 2 seconds after windows logs the KERNELBASE.dll was confilcting with win update solution that worked for me,

Did have the same problem computer was randomly freezing in a game. Did have the error of realtek too. Did clean realtek with ddu , cleaned gpu amd with ddu . reinstalled amd drivers .

After reboot i disabled my realtek audio (i use HDMI audio on a yamaha amp .) so i didnt need realtek driver.. never have this problem before. but Subnautica seems to trigger it. i hope ill be ok from now on !

Download the latest Motherboard Chipset and Audio Drivers and install those as well, not just GPU

you re-install windows since it started? post image of ENTIRE process list from task manager.
