Can i use 3200mhz RAM in a Biostar A320MH?
So, here is my situation, I have a Ryzen 5 3400g with Vega 11 integrated graphics, and a Biostar A320MH motherboard, on the official Biostar website it says that the motherboard supports max 2933 mhz but for some reason, I can enable XMP and I am actually using 3200mhz, is it safe?

The memory controller is on the CPU, and even tho its running at DDR4 3200 spec it should be safe and it is only a mild overclock.

Myself running a 2600x which supports max 2933 too, is running DDR4 3200 XMP with no issues.

If it's crash free it's fine.

Entirely possible a later Bios version added support and not update site.

you can, but if the board does not support the higher speed you can tweak timings to make it work as good as it can

the imc is on the cpu, so if bios will allow 3200 its safe
but check with cpuz to see what its actually running at, it may be using the 3200 profile but lowering only the clock to 2933/2 (1466mhz)

The listed memory specification on AMD's website doesn't mean maximum memory support, it's a guaranteed supported memory frequency. The listed spec for Zen2 was 3200 MHz but the FCLK can go well above that, with 1900 MHz being the official maximum before the FCLK and MCLK fall too far out of sync and can cause latency (which can be fixed by raising the FCLK even higher to overcome that curve), which translates to being able to run 3800 MHz RAM as long as system can maintain stability.

Zen3 also has a listed spec of 3200 MHz but the limit is up to 2000 MHz, which translates to being able to run 4000 MHz RAM without issue as long as it's stable.

Zen and Zen+ had a locked FCLK where you couldn't adjust it. Zen barely benefited from faster RAM above 3000 MHz, while Zen+ "capped" at 3200 MHz.

i check CPU-Z and they're running in 3200 i think, DRAM Frequency: 1600mhz
Uncore Frequency: 1596mhz, so 1600x2 = 3200mhz?
