Inline headset mic doesn't work
I have Maxell Spectrum mic which has one headset jack (inline mic and heaset use one jack) and i have Windows 10 on my machine. Big problem is that headset does work, but mic doesn't, i do have latest drivers but problem is annoying ! How do i fix this ?

Are you plugging a TRRS plug in to a TRS port? Most pc's only have TRS ports so the mic and headset use two ports instead of one.
Cause PCs don't generally support the 4pin 3.5mm jack
On PC stuff generally the 3.5mm are 3pin and have Headphone / Mic separately.
If you have a 4pin jack type (like Mobile device generally use) then you need an adapter for PC / Sound Cards.

I have laptop.
The same still applied if that has a separate Headphone Output / Mic Input jacks.
Typically what we see on PC Laptops and Desktop Onboard Audio w/ 3.5mm Analog Audio Jacks.

A phone for example; accepts both TRRS (4pin) 3.5mm plug (Headphones & Mic together) OR TRS (3pin) 3.5mm plug (Headphones) using a single jack.

The adapter I linked, you plug in:
TRRS (4pin) 3.5mm plug (Headphones & Mic together)
the two male ends plug into Headphone Out / Mic In (2 ports) on Mac/PC
