Crossfire +2 Nvidia cards
Since crossfire is AMD tech I'm asking you if this can be possible. I'm looking to buy 1080 and I dont want to just throw my 1050Ti so if I put 2 Nvidia gpu on crossfire and connect one on the first and second on the second monitor will it work as separate graphics card not combining power

I made a mistake on crossfire Mobo not connect with a crossfire.

It should. But I don't know why you would want to. One card can power 2 monitors just fine.

First - Nvidia cards use SLI not Crossfire and motherboard needs to support SLI.
Second - GTX 1050 Ti is not capable to SLI, it doesnt even have the connector needed for SLI-bridge.
Just sell your GTX 1050 Ti or keep it as the backup and enjoy the GTX 1080, provided you have at least 500W PSU with one or two 6+2 pin PCI-E cables depending on GTX 1080 model.

If you wanted to run SLI you would need another 1080. Ideally one idetical to what you have.

You can run both cards in the same system and use the 1050ti as a dedicated physx card if you wish. Although the 1080 would probably do a better job on it's own.

Basic idea is that always focus on a 1 GPU setup. Unlike many think the difference is not double performance, but more like 20% at most. Waste of money, is better to put the cash into one strong GPU.

1050 Ti is a modern card and will sell easily.

Pointless to do; as you can't SLI those two.
If you have Intel GPU, which a majority of PCs do, just use that for Secondary Displays.
