With Windows your only option is NTFS.

XFS, F2FS, EXT4, ZFS, BTRFS etc.. <-- All better then NTFS, none of which are available on Windows (At least not without jumping through hoops).

Offtopic, so I won't get into further discussions, but XFS and ZFS are hardly better than NTFS. XFS has become somewhat outdated (even the supporting filesystem tools ("xfsdump") are now worse than what we currently have available) and you can't seriously compare ZFS to NTFS.

Even though ZFS has become a major filesystem for FreeBSD based setups it has not made UFS obsolete. And the same applies to NTFS; it's merely a different filesystem for a different purpose. But in its essence there isn't all too much difference between, say, UFS and NTFS.

On Windows you are stuck with NTFS.

At most you can use another filesystem on a secondary drive/parition.

Yes. If there are drivers for the filesystems available for Windows. However these drivers will likely be inferiour to those found in other OSs such as Linux, so performance might be crap or it could be lacking a ton of features.

Never tried it but here is an open source driver for BTRFS on Windows.
