At what resolution?
What game?
"Lag" can be more then FPS as well.

do you use wlan?
anyways try to run a benchmark like userbenchmark or passmark to check if everything runs fine... maybe add hwmonitor to also check temps...

No iam using ethernet. And my temps are good. I already tried to check them. But dont judge me but iam playing FN competitive. But my friend got 1060 and he´s got more stable fps than me. I tried everything but i dont know what is the problem. Maybe isnt FN optimazed well :/

DDU in safe mode to clean uninstall the nvidia drivers then reinstall them with ONLY THE DRIVER/PhysX is an option

BIOS update is another option

Crappy RAM with a Ryzen could be a cause, but unlikely enough of one to give you your lack of FPS.

Depends on the game, depends on heat, 2700 bottlenecks a 1660 in GR:B, running lower settings pushing higher FPS increases heat on vrm which on your board are not so good.

There is no blanket answer.

One contributing factor is that it has low Mhz RAM for a Ryzen build, should have gone with 3000 or 3200 Mhz.

Mentioned that, but i doubt itd be the cause to the extent hes making it out to be.

So i should buy new ram. Like 2x8GB 3000Mhz or do i need 3200?

Try turning your settings up, while you won't increase your fps, you should find it gets a bit more stable with the cpu not pinned.
