I also tried LatencyMon as per Snow’s recommendation. This is what it says when Ring of Elysium is running:
If I’m reading this right, it looks like it might actually be an issue with my graphics drivers? I haven’t reinstalled the NVIDIA driver without GeForce Experience yet, but that is next on my to-do list. I also tested LatencyMon without any other apps running. Same warning, but it also shows this sometimes:
Here it looks like I might have a few other driver issues. Both of these I can get to show up by literally just highlighting icons on the desktop.
Edit: Just reinstalled the GeForce driver without GeForce Experience. Unfortunately, that didn’t fix the problem. Also, it might be worth noting that the Steam app also suffers slightly (around 10%, spikes to 20%).
