I havent done this before myself, but im pretty sure this should work, although you may need a restart.
Otherwise go to device manager > display adapters and disable the nvidia ( dont uninstall as it will just auto install since its still connected) make Intel default
reboot.
Edit
as this is a laptop and you are not using an extra screen ie monitor.

I have unplugged the DisplayPort cable and I have plugged a HDMI cable to be able to use the external monitor with 60hz set for the integrated graphics.
I have disabled Nvidia dedicated graphics and rebooted the laptop but I still have Nvidia on the Device Manager - Display adapter.
I use an external monitor for the laptop.
Everything is cleaned already, thanks for your info.
EDIT: I have tried to find the graphics device on BIOS but is not there.
Follow these steps to disable the Onboard Integrated Graphics:
Enter BIOS Setup.
Go to Advanced Menu.
Go to Chipset Configuration Menu.
Go to Internal Graphics Menu.
Set the Internal Graphics Mode to Disable or choose PEG/PCI instead of Auto or IGFX. ...
If you also have a Multi Monitors option set this to disable.
START > Control Panel > System > Select the "Hardware" tab > Device Manager > Display Adapters. Right click on the listed display (common is the intel integrated graphics accelerator) and select DISABLE.May 14,
I would like to enable integrated graphics and keep Nvidia dedicated graphics disabled but I can't find chipset configuration in bios, it's weird.
you can disable the gt/gtx card in nvidia control panel, set it to power save mode
Hello there,
The Nvidia dedicated graphics was disabled already but I have no clue how to enable Intel HD graphics to be the main graphics card.

The Nvidia graphics card is disabled, I dont want to use Nvidia, just Intel HD graphics but thanks for your info.
