Paste: Every 3-5 years.

Dust: Whenever you feel like it. Idealy every couple of months.

I honestly myself prefer to change the paste every 2 years. Maybe once a year if the summer was hot.

Dusting the pc I do once a month.

I haven't blown out my case since christmas. I got some work to do

De-dust case twice a year every 6 months. New thermal paste once every 2-3 years. Standard computer maintenance applies to all computers, personal-built or store-bought.

De dust depends on envirnoment. Every 1 to 6 months. I have mine on floor with removable magnetic filters on all intakes. I do a blow out every 3months but i remove the filters 1/2 times aweek and use a brush, vac them or rinse them and let dry before putting them back on the case. Can get quite dusty as its only the floor, slightly raised and I have pets.

I redo paste when temps start rising. I have notes on running temps, using prime for 10 minutes half a dozen times with different ambient temps. I run a quick 10 minute test every 6months. If temps around 5 higher than expected I'll runit twice more and then replace if it stays higher.

I do my dusting twice a year.

Thermal paste is usually if I swap cpus other than that I've got some with 5+ yrs on them but you should easily get 5 yrs out of as5 or mx4.
