Dust: Whenever you feel like it. Idealy every couple of months.
Dusting the pc I do once a month.
I redo paste when temps start rising. I have notes on running temps, using prime for 10 minutes half a dozen times with different ambient temps. I run a quick 10 minute test every 6months. If temps around 5 higher than expected I'll runit twice more and then replace if it stays higher.
Thermal paste is usually if I swap cpus other than that I've got some with 5+ yrs on them but you should easily get 5 yrs out of as5 or mx4.
