But why not check before you get a computer? =P
1127 (1177) gflops.
The GT 1030:
942 (1127) gflops.
Your CPU have 4 cores, 8 threads, 1.6 GHz base, 3.4 GHz turbo so pretty decent.
Can't imagine it's too weak.

~105 fps in ultra.
It's a laptop GPU for high-def video and productivity work, not gaming. Sure it will game just fine but don't expect too much.
This is a laptop CPU, not a desktop one. The last gen laptop i7 CPUs are pretty terrible compared to their desktop counterparts.
But like I said, TF2 will run just fine on this card.
Incorrect. Your average mid-range laptop will have both an Intel HD and a Nvidia/AMD GPU (Most commonly Nvidia) and is able to switch workloads between those two when required.
They are most commonly connected like this:

The Nvidia GPU is by default enabled whenever it's required and disabled otherwise to save power.
"The CPU maintains high Turbo speeds for a short while, which is corroborated with a package TDP of 25 W or higher, but after a few seconds it drops to the standard 15 W TDP and the frequencies drop to 2.2 – 2.3 GHz."
But quad core 2.2 should still play TF2. I don't know how well.
"That means that if you need the best option for multi-core performance, the 45 W Core i7 HQs are still the ones to get right now, but the i5-8250U is there next to the i5-7300HQ in most cases, while requiring a third of the power."
Feel free to find one with i7 and maybe one step up in graphics too if you want something higher but that of course cost more.

GTX 1050 is the next tier.
Short response, probably not too well.
