basically it was like it was in the video. i couldnt do anything. and it happened for no reason at all.
Since Easybcd fixed the issue most likely the bootmanager was broken which can be broken in tons of ways such as deffective hardware or bugs in Windows.
Checking these two things is where I would start.

i'll try and see if theres bad sectors.
If you bought a new drive and are now experiencing these issues I would just return the drive and assume it to be deffective.
Then unless both are deffective, which isn't impossible but is unlikely it could be a firmware/compatibility issue.
i'll try do this, do you know why fastboot causes this issue?
nothing to do with the issue of getting the cursor stuck, but now everything seems to be booting fine, i forgot to delete a boot entry for a previous windows 10 install i did. still no idea what caused the cursor thing to show up. will update thread if it happens again.
Delete all partitions during the OS installer, there shouldn't be any previous os
so far it seems to be smooth sailing, but i have no idea what caused the boot loop. it happened once before, i cloned from my previous ssd to the new one. then installed a windows update and rebooted. got the boot loop.
So im really not sure which windows update caused it. anyhow, i was wondering if anyone was experiencing the same thing after a recent update.
