as far as i know you'll have to do it manually for every game via their .exe's in the compatibility tab
not aware of anything that can do it for all games at once.
And stuttering can be caused by any number of things, not specifically full screen optimization

For me it was fullscreen optimizations. I posted in another thread what I did to solve it until i look to this.
Better hope someone responds some as Moderators have the habit of locking threads that get necro'd to prewve

I have no need of this anymore, as this was supposed to help stop a stuttering that i have already fixed. Thank you for the reply though, and thank you for the information!
