It's your eyes then, changing the graphics don't make you better or worse or make you hit things; either you are good, or you're not... You're not cheating the system by doing this so called trick.
At least use a lower res of the same aspect ratio then;
like 1280x720, if it's a 1080p (16:9) Display.
Set NVIDIA to use "Full Screen"
As for being blurry, you can not help that or fix it, it's due to not running the native res.
