csgo its blurred out of focus how can i fix it pls help me i try this

Using 4:3 res is a csgo thing, it stretches the image and makes enemy player models easier to hit

It's your eyes then, changing the graphics don't make you better or worse or make you hit things; either you are good, or you're not... You're not cheating the system by doing this so called trick.

At least use a lower res of the same aspect ratio then;
like 1280x720, if it's a 1080p (16:9) Display.

Set NVIDIA to use "Full Screen"

As for being blurry, you can not help that or fix it, it's due to not running the native res.
